Mentoring Sessions Begin
Mentors interact with teams, provide technical feedback, and guide teams in refining their solutions.
Workshop: This Is How You Win!
A special session designed to help participants understand winning strategies and improve their project impact.
Evaluation Round 2
Mentors review team progress and provide feedback based on development milestones and innovation.
Elevator Pitch & Project Video Recording
Teams prepare a short elevator pitch and record a brief video explaining their idea, problem statement, and solution.
Workshop: This Is How You Win!
An advanced workshop helping participants refine their projects and prepare for later evaluation stages.
Phase-1 Progress Evaluation
Teams submit their progress report and presentation draft for evaluation.
Elimination Results Announcement
Results from the first evaluation phase are announced and shortlisted teams advance to the next round.
Phase-2 Evaluation
Remaining teams undergo evaluation to shortlist projects for the final pitching round.
Progress Report & PPT Draft Submission
Teams submit an updated project progress report incorporating mentor feedback.
Final Presentation Submission
Teams submit their final presentation summarizing the work completed during the hackathon.
End of 72-Hour Hackathon
Development officially ends.
Final Pitching (Top 10 Teams)
Shortlisted teams present their projects to the judging panel.
Prize Distribution Ceremony
Winners are announced and awards are presented.
