Guidelines

Guidelines:

  1. Participants are advised to reach Dehradun from 2nd April, 8:00 AM. However, on request, arrangements can be made from 1st April, 8:00 PM.
  2. It is mandatory for everyone to bring extension cords, power banks, umbrellas and thin blankets for your convenience.
  3. Consumption and possession of alcohol, drugs, and other illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the campus premises and the ones found guilty will be imposed with fines of INR 5000/- for alcohol or smoking and their IDs will be restricted in entries database, it might also lead to blacklisting their team.
  4. For safety purposes, participants are allowed to bring Lock-and-Key along with them. Management is not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on the premises.
  5. If any participant is found in any unnecessary disputes with any team member/other participant or the Graph-T-Thon3.0 organizing team in the campus, his/her team would be blacklisted from Graph-E-Thon.
  6. Any participant found or caught tampering with or misusing the property of Graphic Era Deemed to be University or of the Graph-E-Thon3.0 Organizing Team would be duly dealt with and would be liable to any penalty awarded to him/her.
  7. In case of any violation of rules Graph-E-Thon3.0 organizing team holds the right to seize the participant's ID card and he/she will be escorted out of the campus premises.
  8. Each and every candidate has to reach CSIT block, GEU upon reaching the Graphic Era Deemed to be University campus, where participants will be provided with identity cards, accommodation and coupons.
  9. All participants must ensure to bring signed Undertaking declaration (sent to the team leaders via email), two passport-size photographs, original and photocopy of both college and government ID cards along with them.
  10. You are advised to keep as little baggage as possible to reduce your dependency.
